By Amy Wakeham

The Story Behind the Style book series traces the origins of some of the watch and jewellery industries’ greatest brands, including Cartier, Rolex, Bulgari, Omega and Tiffany & Co (signed copies available here). Already published in English, Spanish and French, three titles from the series written by journalist and author Rachael Taylor have now also been translated into German and Dutch.

Originally published by Studio Press, an imprint of Bonnier, the Rolex, Tiffany & Co. and Cartier editions of The Story Behind the Style series have been licensed by Librero BV for the German (Die Geschichte hinter dem Stil) and Dutch (Het verhaal achter de stijl en het icoon) markets.

Richly illustrated with photographs, the books tell the stories of these three globally renown watch and jewellery houses, from their fascinating founding moments to iconic designs and present-day successes. The miniature hardbacks are essential reading for luxury lovers, and anyone intrigued how some of the most famous brands in the world came to be.
