The Craftsmanship & Design Awards 2026

Dragonfly Brooch by Alysha Strong, which won the Silver Award in the Setters - Junior section at the 2025 GC&DC Awards

The annual Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council Awards recognise outstanding craftsmanship across silversmithing, goldsmithing, jewellery and the allied crafts in the UK. The 2026 competition will culminate at the The Craftsmanship & Design Awards, held at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall in March, where the winners will be announced.

There are 32 categories to be awarded across 2D design and 3D craft and design, plus seven special awards, four bursaries, three Major Awards and four Premier Awards, as well as the College Trophy. There’s also the GC&DC’s annual Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognises someone who’s contributed significantly to the industry through their work.
